Business second brain
A structured knowledge and database layer, grounded in an AI agent your team can actually use, so hard-earned business knowledge stops living in one or two people's heads.
What it is
A structured knowledge and database layer. An AI agent grounded in that context, not a generic model guessing. Team access through the chat tools people already use. Permissions and access controls. Testing, source quality checks and ongoing knowledge maintenance, so it stays trustworthy rather than decaying into another stale wiki.
What it needs before it makes sense
This is useful when a few people carry the answers, when history and context get reconstructed repeatedly instead of looked up, and when AI support in the business needs more trustworthy context than a general-purpose assistant can provide on its own. It's a separately scoped, substantial build, not a quick add-on.
How you get there
Often, it's the next step once earlier work, usually a Focused Implementation engagement, has built enough trust and context to justify a bigger investment in organising what the business already knows. It can also be scoped directly where the need is already obvious, without that earlier stage.
